Residential quite neighborhood around a huge farm.
An Uber takes you downtown in 13 minutes. Plenty of free parking is available on premise and on the street.

Smoking:
Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoke smells or other evidence of smoking will result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.
Dogs:
We do allow one dog up to a certain size, please contact us to make sure we can also host your furry family member.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 6 - $500 fee for violation. Primary renter minimum age 25+ years old, ID required.
Guests will be required to sign a "pool and gym" & "sauna" liability waiver after booking.
